    HR Specialists, or Human Resources Specialists, serve as assistants to the whole Human Resources team. One primary task is to provide information to qualified and surrogate employees about policies and regulations and provide universal support to all personnel. They can administer a wide range of agendas for all workers but often focus on specific functions, such as processing applications, authenticating employment, staffing, promoting job positions, employment severance, contracts or agreements, and payment schedule in observance with organization’s contracts and policies.


    Job Responsibilities

    • Collect transcript records of newly hired employees
    • Maintain employment records
    • Process performance evaluations of all employees
    • Support new worker orientation programs
    • Inform staff of benefits
    • Present suggestions or recommendations to the Manager of Human Resources on training and educational programs, and numerous other opportunities for all employees.
